In a beautiful woodland near Hamra gård we planned for a bakery, chocolate factory and coffee roastery for Delicato. The new bakery factory was designed with streamlined production lines, from flour silo to finished chocolate ball. Great emphasis was placed on hygiene zones and logistics as well as collaboration between the various operations. Several plots were considered, of which the site in Botkyrka was chosen as the basis for a new zoning plan that we developed together with Sagax and Botkyrka municipality.
